Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make an appointment please cancel and contact me so I am able to offer the space to someone else.

More than 24 hours it is possible to change your appointment without charge.

If it is within 24 hours there will be a cancellation charge if I cannot fill your space.

24-12 hours it is 50% of the full price and less than 12 hours it is the full price.

Thank you for your understanding. As always I completely understand when illnesses and family ‘get in the way’.
