After an initial consultation, the session begins with a bespoke blend of aromatherapy oils, carefully and safely selected to meet your individual needs on the day.  Using flowing massage techniques combined with deeper targeted work  and myofascial release where required, the treatment helps ease muscular tension, calm the nervous system and encourage a sense of balance and renewal .

Choose the 60 minute treatment for focused relaxation or 90 minutes for a more immersive , unhurried experience that allows the body and mind time to revive, restore and rebalance.
